About Me

Welcome to Asatti Living! I'm thrilled to share a bit about myself and my journey with you.

I was born in the charming town of Vicenza, Italy, where I spent my early years. Raised in a military family, I had the privilege of traveling extensively and discovering various parts of the U.S. Growing up as the oldest of three children, I learned the importance of understanding how relationships work and how to relate effectively, especially in the aftermath of my parents' divorce.

My educational journey took me to the University of Pittsburgh, where I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. But my true calling emerged when I ventured into the realms of holistic healing and intimate connection.

After becoming a Certified 200hr Yoga Teacher at The River Yoga in Denver, CO, I realized the profound link between mind, body, and spirit. This led me to further explore the intricate dynamics of relationships through training in Level 1 of the Gottman Method Couples Therapy and as a Somatic Practitioner/Sex and Relationship Coach at the Somatica Institute.

In my spare time, you can find me enjoying nature, traveling, spending time with my favorite people or working out. My guilty pleasures in life are lazy days and being a movie and show junkie. From Parenthood to Breaking Bad, I appreciate the diverse narratives that captivate my imagination.

Quality time is my primary love language, reflecting my deep-rooted value for meaningful connections. My inner circle may be small, but it's filled with fiercely loving and extraordinary individuals who enrich my life immeasurably.

And that brings us to Asatti Living—where the Sanskrit word "Asatti" embodies the essence of connection. Through coaching, I'm dedicated to fostering authentic connections and empowering individuals and couples to navigate their intimate relationships with grace and vulnerability.

Thank you for joining me on this journey. Let's create meaningful connections and embrace the beauty of genuine intimacy together.

Warmly,

Charlotte
